Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery, UPI, or Card.
Q: What are your delivery timings?
We deliver from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. Express delivery is available within 60 minutes for urgent orders.
Q: Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, delivery charges apply for orders below ₹500.
Q: How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive SMS/WhatsApp updates. You can also check the status in your profile under "My Orders".
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them. Once the order is being packed, cancellation is not possible.
Q: What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Q: Do you offer home delivery?
Yes! We offer home delivery within our service area. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and debit/credit cards.
